New Gannt View created...Why

I changed the calendar in Enterprise Resouce, restarted Project, etc and it
told me that gannt view was already defined and asked me to change the name.
I said Gannt View2.

Now in my project I have two views Gannt View and Gannt View2.

What happened?
Do I need to use one over the other?
Can I get rid of Gannt View2?

You can get rid of Gantt View2 by going to Tools->Organizer, Views tab and
select the project file which has Gantt View2 and click on delete.

Related to this was the creation of a table called Entry2.

What does this do? Can I delete it also?

Why do these get created?
