New Groove Forms tools - Welcome and Contacts Tracker

Microsoft have started releasing new Forms tools for Groove 2007.

The first two are a Welcome tool and a Contacts Tracker tool. These two are
intended to act as replacements for the equivalent tools from Groove 3.1.

Trying to use Welcome tool!
I´ve tried to use the Welcome tool in my project. It works fine with
XP-computers, but seems to be unable to download to VISTA-users. It is
atleast unable to open for these persons.

Is there a solution? I really miss this function from the old Groove...
