New Hard Drive - Need reactivation fpr MS office?

Joe

HI All,
My hard drive was about to die so I replaced it.
Now I have to resintall MS office how do I reacitivate the
product?
I have my orignal CD's so I can install it again.
Should I just move it over from the old hard drive don't
that is going to work through due to what I read.

Any suggestion?

Use the normal setup routine. Once installed, open an Office program and it
will prompt you to activate. If this is only the second activation, the
Internet method should work. If it does not, then use the telephone method.

find the data.dat file on the old and move it to the new drive after
installing office - if the only hardware change is the drive, it might keep
it activated. if not, you'll need to activate over the internet or phone.
