New install, first login

I seem to be having a problem on a new install of Project Server 2002, install went smooth, just can't login. I get a try again later message.

Another piece of info,

The Application Event log gives me an Event ID: 2 error pointing to an issue with a PjQuery in file
c:\proj10\webclient\source\server\pjquery\PjSessionPrxy.cpp

Session Mgr Service Not Found,

Any help would be great,
