New items in one Outlook calendar automatically appear in my calen

Can anyone tell me if it's possible for my calendar to be automatically
updated with items that have been added to another (shared) Outlook calendar?
That is, if my boss adds an appointment to the shared calendar, it
automatically appears in my calendar?
