can I create another list along with Accounts in BCM, Business Contacts in
BCM. I would like to have Sub-Accounts in BCM. I have accounts with
contractors with employees. I would like to contect the employees to the
contractor and the contractor to the accounts?

No, you can't. They would have to be separate Accounts.
