It would be really nice to be able to right-click on the tray icon for
outlook and have one of the options be something useful, like new mail
message... that way we could get straight to what we want without having to
redraw the whole screen and click in a few extra places. Also, in outlook
2003, the list that pops up in minimize to tray mode only has one really
useful option, open... There are several things that could be put there....
maybe even make it dynamic to a degree, placing quick shortcuts to the
screens and views we use most often.
