When an incoming email is manipulated by a Message Rule, it does not display
a New Mail Notification (envelope icon in the System Tray). When setting up
(or editing) a Message Rule, there is a way to turn on the display a Desktop
Notification, but once that fades, there's no way to tell if a new email has
arrived if the folder the Message Rule moved it to is not expanded.
