New Mail Notification

Does anyone know if there is an option to have a new mail
notification window pop up over whatever other prog u are
using whenever a message arrives? (I know you can opt to
have a sound in the Tools menu, under options)

In Outlook 2000, Tools-Options-Preferences-Email Options and check the
box "Display a notification message when new mail arrives"
