New menu in Project Server

Hello everybody.

I have added a new menu to associate it a macro in
Project Professional. The problem is that I need that all
the users that work with Project Server can use this menu.
I have added this new menu in the Global Template: Tool -
Enterprise Options -> Open Enterprise Global but this

menu is not available to all the users. Only in my
computer the menu is displayed. What can I do?
