You should be able to open your mail template file, make your changes, and
save it.
Your email template is named mail.oft and is likely located in c::\program
files\microsoft office\templates\mail.oft. If not, you can always search
your drive for mail.oft. Once you locate it, double-click the file to open
it. Make your changes, then go to File, then Save.

I don't know what to say. Like I said, I spoke too soon. The method I
suggested works in Word just fine, so I assumed that it would apply to
Outlook as well. It sure appears like it would. I'm just curious how it
got changed to Paragraph from Normal.
