New Message Problem

Our users use Outlook 2003 on an Exchange 2000 Server.
I have a user with the following problems, and I just can't find a way to
solve this.
1) When she opens a new message page the curser starts in the middle of the
page.
2) Her signiture has a space between the lines, even though in the signiture
setup there are no spaces.
I've tried correcting these problems in Tools\Options\ Mail
Format\Stationary and Fonts as well as Signitures, but everytime we open a
new message page the same problem occurs.
Please help.

I once had a similar problem. I solved it by deleting the signature and
creating a new one...

I did try that. I recreated a new signiture on the same pc, and I tried
creating one on a different pc, then imported it to her pc, but that did not
help.

it might be worth a try to create a new windows user profile for that person..
