New message to contacts button only selects contracts primary emai

When selecting "new message to contact" with multiple contacts selected -- MS
only selects the primary email address in each contact. When you select only
a single contact -- it picks all the email addresses. This has always seemed
inconsisent. How can you have MS to use all email addresses within a contact
all the time? Is there an option to do one or the other?

I am using 2003 pro. On 2/13 there was a similar post stating that this is
no longer available. It does select all email when only one contact is
selected.

PS - the suggestion to use address book works well

Normally one would use the Outlook address book to select recipients in this
fashion.
