I know a bunch of others are having a similar problem: With no apparent
change to my Outlook or desktop environment, new email windows, including
replies and forwards flash briefly in the foreground and then hide behind
Outlook.
Clearly this is a common problem, with no clear resolution. Is there any way
to escalate this to the appropriate support personnel?
