New Navigation Bar Problem in Publisher 2007

I have a variation of the Navigation Bar problem mentioned in earlier posts
where the Bars do not appear in IE 8. I've tried the ungrouping solutions
mentioned & this cures the problem on the first page of my web site.
However, the navigation bars do not appear on other pages of my web site.
I've gone through the individual pages and ungrouped everything on each page
to no effect.

When you republished did you update the server files in the "index_files"
folder?
