New Office for Mac install

I just purchased and installed Office:Mac 2008, I am unable to run any of the
office products. When you click on any of them the Microsoft Office setup
assistant starts an would like to register the product. Web window start
trying to connect to Mactopia and just clocks without success. Any
suggestions?. I have tried removing an d re-installing without success.

This group is primarily for users of the PC versions of Office. You might
have better luck in one of the Mac groups. Check the web site for the Mac
version. The PC version I believe includes free install support. This
seems like an install issue to me. You could call them, once you get the
number. Check the packaging for a number to call too.
