New Outlook does not recognize my addresses or saved mail

I updated Outlook with Office Professional Edition 2003 and it did not
recognize my exitsitng addresses and any of the mail that I had saved in
various folders. My former verstion was still available and I went back to
it. How can I use the updated version using the existing addresses and email

You just have to point the new mail profile at your existing PST. When you
installed the new version, the installation created a new PST, masking the
old one. Just open the old one with File>Open>Outlook Data File and make it
your delivery location. Stop and restart Outlook.
