Home user. Windows XP. 4 User Accounts. My Account uses Outlook flawlessly.
Trying to set up and Outlook email account for another user. Adelphia has set
up the account, but when I open Outlook/Inboox/Send-Recieve, this dialoge box
appears: "Enter Network Password" and asks for: Server (it's populated by
Adelphia); User Name (correct account name appears); Password. When I type in
the correct Passowrd, and hit OK, the same dialoge box appears...over and
over so Send-Recieve can't be accomplished.
I use Zone Alarm (Allowed access) and McAfee (Allowed access).
Suggestions to enable Send-Recieve?
