new page or new web?

Hi!
I created a program by only using the new page button. I
didn't do anything with the "web" option. Is this a
problem?

Yes. You should always have a web open when creating or working on a page.

It's not a problem. It is precisely what you've done. A problem
occurs if something didn't go as expected. Something not working?
