New Page Problem

T

Tom Hagerty

I use the FrontPage 2003 upgrade to maintain my site. My problem is that when I click to get a new page I get that page with shared borders - the one that says [Add this page to the navigation structure to display a page banner here]. The new page also has a border on the left. Even when I click to use a template, the template page appears within the shared borders.

I did not make my site with shared borders, themes, or using those navigations icons. Please tell me how I can just get an ordinary blank page in my Design View. I don't want those shared borders when I am working on a new page.

From the Menu select Format Shared Borders and unselect All option for All pages

Then you can also turn off shared borders completely in your web designs by select Tools page Authoring (unselect Shared Borders
under Author Time Web Components)
