Do you get the error if you start Word in safe mode? (Hold down the Ctrl key
as Word is starting, and click Yes to the safe mode prompt)

If the error goes away in safe mode, then my guess would be either a
corrupted normal.dotm or a corrupted registry entry. Try renaming
Normal.dotm and the Data key, which is found here:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Word

Make sure that you are patched fully up to date as wwlib.dll has had major
updates for security problems. My guess is that you have updated and you
have a third party add-in that is looking for an out-of-date version of the
wwlib.dll. You need to isolate which add-in is at fault and get an update
from the appropriate support site.
