New Project from Project Center (2007)

From Project Center, I select New, then Project. This results in an error
message.

Microsoft Office Project Professional 2007 is required for this action.
Ensure that your copy of Project Professional 2007 can connect to this
server. If both of these conditions are true and you still get this message,
contact your system administrator for assistance.



MOPP07 is installed and it can connect to the server. I'm the system admin
looking for some feedback.

You have to check two things:
- the url where you are when clicking into New project in PWA
- the url that you set in microsoft office project server 2007 accounts
probably they don't match...did you create an Alternate Access Mapping to
access your PWA?

Yes. Those 2 urls are the same. I even set the Proj07 setting to automatic. I
did this in the Microsoft Office Project Server Accounts screen. Was that the
screen you're reffering to?
