New re-installation

Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) Processor: Power PC Email Client: imap Hello,

I am living in the Netherlands and I am having problems with my iMac G4 PowerPC. I can not get this machine to run properly anymore. I am about to re-instal the machine completely. But before that I want to know what is going to happen with my registration number / product key for Office for Mac 2004. Will this be lost forever? I have bought the software package in an official shop. On my two other computers (both also Mac's) I also installed Office for Mac 2004. So the 3 product keys I am having are by now occupied.

Can anyone help me out and tell me how to save the registration / product key so I am able to install the software later again on my computer?

Thanks in advance.

Well you should be able to reinstall, using the same serial number.
I assume you still have the install CD and serial number??

Thank you Corentin for your reply. I am happy to know now that there will be no problem. And yes I am still having the original package.

You can reinstall as many times as you want. The installer doesn't
check for that. Office only checks on the LAN that you are not running
more versions of Office that you are licensed to, that's it,
