I have a database with 3 tables. I have created several
forms to display and/or add data. All of the forms,
whether based on tables or queries, display the 15,000
existing records. But when I add a new record, it doesn't
show up on any of the forms. It shows up in the tables,
and if I create a new query, it shows up, but it doesn't
show up in the existing forms. UNTIL something happens,
and I'm not sure what. After turning off the computer and
then turning it back on an hour later, all of a sudden the
records I had added earlier showed up.
This morning I added a record, and it doesn't show up. I
made a copy of the database and moved it to another
computer (thinking there was something wrong with the
computer) and it doesn't show up on this computer either.
But the 2 I added yesterday do show up.
What on earth could this possibly be?
