I don't know if this is possible, but I have a main form which only has a date field. I have a subform which has information for zip code and city from one table and various information for the cities from another table. What I want to be able to do is when I enter a new date, to have all the zip codes and cities stay in the subform view and be able to enter the various information categories for each of the cities. KInd of like automatically entering new records for all the cities when I enter a new date and them just fill in the required information for those cities for the new date. I hope you can understand what I am trying to say.
