Can someone tell me how are the Microsoft techs suppose to distinguish my
questions from non subscribers?

Thanks for your response, this has been a most fustrating experience.
I purchased the technet subscription and never received any information
on how to access the newsgroups that guarentee a 2 day response. Can
you give me more information on that?

to sign in/register for managed newsgroups. Use that.
