new taaks are going to the previous manager.

Hi,

(1) I assigned the project to another manager and he has republish the
project from his account .
but when the users of that project make new tasks and update them . tasks
are sending towards previous manager.

(2) just suppose that in one project there is three team members I want that
the tasks of two will go to one manager and tasks of one will go to another
manager.

(3) what is the difference b/w owner and project manager and what effect of
this on the EPM.
