New to BCM - What do error messages mean?

Just downloaded, installed, activated, registered BCM. It is embedded in
outlook and all seems to have worked okay, but when I click on new account,
opportunity, or contact, I get error message saying form did not load, not
all controls registered. What do I do to rectify?
