New to BCM

Hi

We run a SBS2003 server with a second TS application server. MS Office is
installed on the Application server including Outlook and Access. The
SBS2003 server also has SQL2000 SP4 installed along with Exchange.

We have 5 users who work from home, and they log onto the server to run a
bespoke application in Access. This access database also contains all of
the client contact information for the 5 users. These users also have
company laptops and use Outlook to obtain their mails and messages from the
Exchange mailbox.

I would like to ensure that these users have the up to date information on
the clients, and was going to install BCM2007 onto the SBS2003 server, as
this would allow the users to plan contact dates etc for the clients

However i have a number of questions:
1. Will BCM run on the SBS2003 server along with Exchange and SQL?
2. If so, is there a nyweay that i can use BCM to sync with the Access
database to get the up to date data, or are there any third party tools that
will allow me to do that?
3. Will BCM syn with the users mailbox so that their client contact
information is updated regaularly?
4. What needs to be installed onto the users laptops?
5. What are the likely pitfalls ?

man y thanks

Alex
