I am a beginner in MS Project.
I am just now reading a book on MS Project.
After completing the reading what should I do?
Can I develop a Project Plan and track it effectively with the reading?

Actually this particular newsgroup is for developer questions/issues. In
the future you should post general Project questions to the main
newsgroup: microsoft.public.project

That said, it depends on how good the book is and how much you can
absorb. In most cases, users learn faster if they attend a class on
Project. But either way, learning how to use Project effectively comes
after a whole lot of hands on work. Read the book, do the examples and
play, play, play. When you run into a question, post on the above
newsgroup and we will help you out.
