New user cannot log in to MS Project Server

We have a new user that we have set up correctly but when he logs into MS
Project Server on his computer he keeps getting prompted to log in over and
over again. You can see the page start to come up in the back but the login
box keeps popping up.

It doesn’t happen when I or our helpdesk support person logs in on his
computer or when we try it from a different computer.

Any ideas?

Amy, check that your resource has set upi the PWA link as trusted site, also
make sure that under itnernet options > security > Tursted Sites > custom
level, Automatic logon with current user name and password is activated.
That may resolve the issue
