When an exchange or outlook account is set up I would like an e-mail
to be sent automatically to the user when they first log in. (similar
to the welcome to outlook e-mail that outlook generates) Can anyone
tell me if this is possible and how, I understand that it may be
possible with an ADSI script can't find any examples that are close.
