New User- print preview cuts off part of my page design

This may be reflecting the limitations of your printer.

In addition, the viewing in Design view shows the size of the
publication when finished, not the size of the paper onto which you are
printing. You can set the page size to three foot square and it will
still fit on, but be cut off on the printer.
