New Window in Front Page 2002

I have forgotton how to make a web page open in a new window. I have told it
to open in a new window under "Page Options". What am I doing wrong? Thanks

That would be in the Hyperlink Properties dialog box for a hyperlink. Set
the "target frame" attribute to "_blank" (New Windw).

I did that but it doesn't work. although the links I open from that page
will open in a new window....:-(
