New window is wrong size when using 'Open in new window'

Recently, when I use the right mouse button to 'Open (Contacts) in a new
window', the window is always the wrong size, and I have to enlarge it to
fit/see anything in the 'Search' box. How do I get round this? Thanks in
advance.

This was a tricky one for me also. I kept banging my head saying, "gosh, I
*should* be remembering the setting". But then I realized, it will remember
the setting of the last window you close...and the last window that is
actually being closed, is the main Outlook window :).

So, do this:
1. Launch Outlook
2. Restore so that it's not maximized
3. Size it to biggest screen you can (do not maximize through button)
4. Close Outlook.

And you're done. Next time you open outlook (even if maximized) and you do
a Open in New Window, it'll open it at that larger size.
