New Word 2007 New Microsoft Office Word Document template

Vista Home Premium.

I have Word 2007 set up with the normal.dotm template as I want it. It all
works fine and new documents from within Word open a document based on that
template.

BUT - if I open a new 'Word 2007 New Microsoft Office Word Document' from a
right click in a filer window, it doesn't use my normal.dotm template, but
something else.

What template does it use and either, how can I alter it or, how do I make
it use the normal.dotm template?
