Newbee: building an automated schedule without sql

I work on machines that have very limited access and require administrator
access (which no one here has) in order to install software, but all of our
machines have Infopath. I need to develop a schedule to help stabilize
workflow and personnel rotation in order to maximize efficiency. The only
problem is, it needs to be somewhat flexible. I need to be able to do the
following:
-Add personnel to a total list of personnel involved
-Remove personnel or shift them to a different time(which means the schedule
adjusts itself once the personnel are moved.
-Apply special tasks/assignments to said personnel(ie Indicators/Icons)

Is this possible using Infopath without needing to install any other
software? And what technologies are available to assist me? I would
appreciate any feedback on this topic. Thanks.

So, it sounds like an application that needs to be shared over the network by
a number of users?
Do you plan to store data in a networked database, for example SQL 2005?
What version of InfoPath are you using?
To share a form over the network, there are a few options, publishing it on
a network share, in an Outlook email, on the web if you have MOSS installed,
etc.
