Newbie: Accessing the current mail item from VBA

Hi,

I've added a macro to a button on the toolbar for mail items. When I press
the button the macro is run.
So far I've only got a: Msgbox "Hello World!"

I want to access the mail object where the button was pushed through VBA,
but don't know how :-(

I guess it's really simple, since the reason for VBA for Outlook is to work
with mail item etc.
