[newbie] adding or viewing exchange accounts

I am using MS Outlook 2007 Ultimate, and, would like to know how to view or
add Exchange accounts.

I've been through the Tools > Account Settings and Control Panel > Mail but
can't seem to find anything relevant to the exchange accounts that are
configured within MS Outlook.

OS: MS Vista Business (32 bit)

In Mail, click New. Choose The top account type (Exchange, pop, IMAP) and
click Next.
