Newbie here...question about templates

In looking through the various access templates I find that the personal
address one is very close to what I need. My question is can I add or
subtract fields to the template?

Yes, you can modify the template. There may be a number of things you need
to change.

You can open any table in design view and add your field. You'd then need
to modify any forms and reports that use this table. Open them in design
view and add a control for the new field. You'll probably need to move
controls around to make it fit.

If any of the forms/reports are based on a query, then you'd need to open
this query and add you new field to it.

I suggest you just give it a try and post back with any problems you run up
against.
