newbie / MS Project client side filter problem

When I log out of "Microsoft Project Web Access" and log
back in, all my filters get lost. I want to only
see "incomplete tasks". It used to work, then some
upgrade occurred, and it broke. Some co-workers thought
it might be the cookie settings in my browser, but I can't
see in I.E. how to change that. Any thoughts, anyone?
