I have a friend who is from Taiwan. The first time he e-mailed me, I had to
download a character set from Microsoft to be able to see his messages in
English or in Chinese.
He has translated a document for my web-site, and I am puzzling how to get
this on to the web. I don't know if the general public will get the same
invitation to download the character set automatically, or if there is some
pas de deux I need to do, to comprehend this in cyberspace.
Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated. BTW, the document reads fine
in Word on my computer.
