Hi

I'm creating my first website and am wondering how to add a hover
description to my hyperlinks and pictures (when you point to a hyperlink or
picture it says where it goes or what it is).

Thanks

Anon,

With an image, right click >> select Picture Properties. Place your text in the box labeled Text where it says Alternative representations.

Alt doesn't work in NS however, but Title should.

For a text hyperlink, you could use the following ...

<span title=" Tool Tip Text "><a href="http://">
<p>Text Here</a></span>

For plain text for something like a deinition ...

<span title=" Tool Tip Text ">Text Here</span>
