Newbie sinking fast

My Outlook is partially hosed because I inadvertently
uninstalled part of Small Business. My .pst files are
present and I exported them to My Documents.

Should I simply reinstall Outlook and move my .pst back to
the Outlook folder?

Outlook doesn't really care where the .pst file lives. Just reinstall Outlook. Tell us what version, and we might be able to provide more steps for you to follow.
