[newbie] unsubscribing from RSS Feed

J

Jon

I would like to unsubscribe from RSS Feeds that seem to have been 'installed
by default'. The help suggests deleting the messages, however, I would like
to unsubscribe from the feed from MS Outlook.

MS Outlook 2007

How do I go about it?

You can simply delete the folder holding that RSS feed or remove them via
Tools-> Account Settings...-> tab RSS Feeds.

Note that Outlook doesn't come with any RSS Feeds installed by default. By
default it does sync with the subscribed feeds in the Common Feeds List of
Windows which holds the subscriptions you have in other applications which
support the CFL such as Internet Explorer and Windows Live Mail. Removing a
feed from any such program will automatically delete them from the others as
well.
