newbie's question - multiple post?

You posted this same question at least twice today in
different places. It's a little frustrating to spend time
helping you out in one place and then discover that you've
already got a good answer on the same question someplace
else. If you're going to do that (not advised) then at
least say in your subject line that the question is a
multiple post.
People will help, but please don't spread them too thin.

I am using access 97.

I have a table with 5 fields(1 date fields). I want to
create a query/report dynamically depending upon the users
requirement.
1) i want to know how i can get input from the user
2) how to generate the query out of it

i.e. if the user keys in 10/12/2003 and 15/12/2003, than
i want to list only those records who's date field is in
between these range.
