Just started using Outlook 2002 and have a couple of very basic
queries I couldn't resolve in Help.
1. What is the meaning/use of the icon in the column on the left
please? It seems to be unchanging, and looks like a clipboard with a
checkmark on it.
2. If a task is made high priority, its appearance seems to remain
unchanged. (Same for Low priority).
(BTW, in Help so far I could see no examples of the various icons. All
help appears to be just descriptive text. Am I missing something? If
not, isn't that a backward step in Help documentation?)
