Newly created files become not available immediately after creati.

All existing document, spreadsheets, and database files are now "not
available" or scanned as potential virus contaminated files with no option to
fix or open. This started immediately after starting a new internet
suppliers DSL service. Word keeps wanting to know if I want to save the
current file as the new "normal template" when trying to exit the software.
I have uninstalled & reinstalled Office Proffesional 2003, and no change.

If you are using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try disabling the
Office Plugin that comes with it (but don't disable Norton
