Newly Created Function not Working

Hello
I am using an excel function that I dropped into a VBA module. Th
function works fine for me but when I copied the function into
colleauges computer it is not working. We keep getting the error NAME
returned. Any ides as to why this could be happening? We are bot
running excel 2000. The function I am using is the sheetoffset functio
if that helps at all
