I had several accounts connected to outlook 2002 through the POP3 method,
and after installing 'connector' yesterday to get access to my hotmail
contact list none of the accounts are recognized anymore and I get the eror
message 'could not sign in because the email/password is not recognized'

Hi,

Go to Tools-Email Accounts-View or Change..

On the Email Accounts screen, are your POP accounts listed still?

Check that new messages are being delivered to your Outlook Live account.
That is also where you will receive your POP account emails.
